SAN DIEGO - Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Morgan Stout, a 2012 Daniel Boone High School graduate and local of Johnson City, Tennessee, was named 2018 Sailor of the Year for her exceptional performance serving aboard USS Paul Hamilton.
